Pros
LiRo allows you to be put on job sites in various areas. The work is diverse based on the project and can be interesting. LiRo is a good company for recent college grads to get some experience. I learned a lot within my time at LiRo. The amount of certifications and licenses you receive is a plus. The company will help pay for college and other professional licenses. The benefits at LiRo are good and there are lots of investment opportunities.
Cons
Some of the cons of LiRo are if you get stuck on a bad project or job site then your experience could be really not pleasant. If you are looking to move up in the company it is easier to get hired at a different firm and get a bigger pay raise then waiting each year. Office culture is pushed here. Working from home is sometimes acceptable. Lower salaries over all and more company hosted parties. Overall I would say this firm is ok.
