I just quit this company as of today. All my years working in the field I never in my entire LIFE worked for an Unprofessional company like this. You get verbally abused every single day. I applied from indeed & got hired within 2-3 weeks tops. It was so easy to get in but the turnover rate is horrible. They claim to be Christian based but many people such as the Executive Directors & the Supervisors Don't take care of their members nor their employers. If you apply be prepared to get cussed out every day on behave of the executive directors because they are not doing their jobs correctly. If you ask me this job really sounds like a pyramid scheme & these members are PISSED because they have not seen their money or their providers hae not been paid. PLEASE if you are looking to get this type of Insurence DON"T!! Please READ before signing up for something you know very little about.
