Pros

The people at Liberty HealthShare are great. Everyone is very kind and caring and committed to the ministry's mission. Leadership truly cares about its members and employees. New CEO has done an excellent job at improving the culture and driving a turnaround.

Cons

As a non-profit, investment in the office buildings has been lacking over the years. They could stand a re-fresh.

Team spirit, company events, benefits, management listens to staff, transparency, true focus on being a Christ-centered company

Cons

Still dealing with backlog sharing into members bills that built up over several years. However, plan to reduce and eliminate backlog is working! Sharing on a timely basis for current bills.
