Pros

Great place with great people to work with. With Dorsey on board, they eliminated the toxic leaderships, the work culture is so much better now. I enjoy going into work everyday now. Great health benefits and work life balance.

1. Having to lie to members 2.Unable to voice concerns over mismanagement in fear of retaliation 3. Horrible pay 4. Very much a “clique” atmosphere and if one doesn’t “fit” in work performance means nothing
