Pros
Working with some great people! They do give you a supplemental bonus which equals out to about an extra $2 an hour which is cool.
Cons
Mangers tend to pick favorites. If you can take mental stress well this would be the job for you. Other then that do not do it to yourself. You get pointed for literally anything and everything there is no taking it easy on you even if you were in the hospital they are still going to point you and take PTO time from you for all that you missed whether you want them to or not. Over all this company has the right idea in mind but they just do Terrible business
