Only PRO was your coworkers,

Cons

No work/life balance, work more than 40 hrs a week to even getting close to maintaining case loads. You work 3x hard to leave for a couple of days off and come back working 5x as hard as your case load and return phone calls are out of hand. No development from your Managers and Managers are not consistent on procedures. Objectives are unreachable to get a bonus.

Pros

The company invests in your development and genuinely wants to see you succeed.

Cons

With so many opportunities, committees, and ERGs to get involved in, it's easy to take on too much. Being intentional about where you focus your time is key to protecting that great work-life balance. It's a large enterprise, so it can take time to learn how to navigate all the resources and pathways available. More centralized visibility into open STAs and mobility opportunities would make them even easier to pursue.
