Pros

Incredible benefits from a compensation perspective in addition to perks like summer Fridays, free access to the health club, numerous clubs and even philanthropic opportunities. There is incredible opportunity for growth within the organization and significant loyalty as seen by the 20+ years numerous employees have under their belts.

Cons

We are currently spinning off from Brunswick corporation and there are considerable changes being made. Our systems aren't optimized which is making it difficult for us to grow. Money is tight which makes it challenging to move projects forward

Pros

I’ve really enjoyed my first 60 days at Life Fitness / Hammer Strength. The people are genuinely collaborative, supportive, and passionate about what they do. There’s a strong sense of pride in the products and the brand, and it shows in how teams work together internally and with customers. Seeing firsthand how the equipment is designed, engineered, and tested has been impressive and reinforces the quality and long-term value behind the brand. I’ve also appreciated the opportunity to connect directly with key accounts and valued partners early on, which has helped me quickly understand customer needs and how the organization supports their success.

Cons

Like any large, global organization, there’s a lot to learn and many stakeholders to navigate early on. The pace can feel fast at times, especially while onboarding into multiple systems and processes, but that’s expected and comes with the territory.

Pros

Familiar products. It's hybrid. Some decent people.

Cons

Toxic. Flat organization. Sales is a joke run by clowns....still use excel while there's no mandate to use SFDC. Marketing is a 3-headed snake. Phony, liars and so far behind. Tech stack is 2015 at best. Zero growth, career opportunities.
