Pros
I’ve really enjoyed my first 60 days at Life Fitness / Hammer Strength. The people are genuinely collaborative, supportive, and passionate about what they do. There’s a strong sense of pride in the products and the brand, and it shows in how teams work together internally and with customers.
Seeing firsthand how the equipment is designed, engineered, and tested has been impressive and reinforces the quality and long-term value behind the brand. I’ve also appreciated the opportunity to connect directly with key accounts and valued partners early on, which has helped me quickly understand customer needs and how the organization supports their success.
Cons
Like any large, global organization, there’s a lot to learn and many stakeholders to navigate early on. The pace can feel fast at times, especially while onboarding into multiple systems and processes, but that’s expected and comes with the territory.
