There is a lot of interaction with the residents and team members. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly; often willing to help.

It can be a little hard to satisfy all the residents needs but, we always make sure each request is made.

The organization genuinely cares about both its residents and employees, creating a welcoming and supportive workplace culture. Leadership encourages teamwork, values employee contributions, and communicates openly about organizational goals. I have had opportunities to learn new skills, collaborate with dedicated colleagues, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents every day.

Like any growing organization, communication between departments can sometimes be improved.
