Great Job, but not competative in pay - Sales Lion's Den Employee Review

the pay is not competitive with other retail stores in the area. The recruitment ads are extremely misleading- gives a rang of what you "could" make depending on your commissions. If your store is slow, you cant make any money without customers. There is little to no advertising to get customers in, so that can stop you from making any money. The only reason any of my coworkers have ever quit is because of he pay.
