-Secure employment -Steady commission rate -Great employee discount -Fair PTO accrual -Unique sales environment

Cons

-Confusing business culture (heavily corporate depending on the upper managements mood) -Stagnant and noncompetitive wages versus retail market mean -No performance reviews or raises in pay -Lack of upward career mobility -Unreasonable scheduling expectations leading to employee burnout -Insubstantial insurance benefits -Corporate lack of interest in care and maintenance of their current locations in contrast to business expansion

The people were great and the paycheck is nice too. Best commission break down ever, hourly. Also best PTO, you start earning from day one.

Cons

Some customers can make you feel uncomfortable or come on to you very inappropriately.

•relaxed environment •commission on top of pay •store discount

Cons

•commission for sales is divided amongst all employees •cuts employees hours/wages when states raise the minimum wage while still increasing store prices •almost impossible to move up to a full time position •corporate is very out of touch with its employees and customers •training on store policies is often vague and changing •customers are often very inappropriate towards employees
