Pros

Love my current team, customers are cool too

Cons

Dishonest management. I was promised a much higher average after commission and I have yet to reach anywhere close. Targets are never accurate. Even when we exceed the targets set out for us we don’t get our bonus. Discounts. Sure they’re a fair discount but the wages suck- discount is irrelevant. No security. “Don’t call 9-1-1. Threaten to and make loud noises but don’t call them unless you’re being murdered.” Stores really should have a security guard working, or at least an accurate CCTV.

Pros

One of the best atmospheres that I have ever worked for! The co-workers were simply amazing, management truly helped you succeed, and above all the ability to work in teams helped benefit our whole store.

Cons

Not so much as a con, however if your not a personable individual and your not open minded than this job may not be the best fit for you.

Pros

Fun subject matter and interesting products. Fairly organized and clean compared to other adult stores. Pretty nice commission if you and your coworkers can keep upselling high. Awesome benefits that can't really be beat by other adult store chains.

Cons

Limited flexibility especially if you get stuck on third shift. Have thick skin and be non judgmental because a lot of the customers can be pretty wild, but that should be expected at an adult boutique.
