Owners are erratic, retaliatory, and extraordinarily difficult to work for.

non that I can think of. If you want to live in the good old days of the 70s and 80s

Cons

They randomly will cut your salary. Please ask if they do that, because they do. They promise bonuses that they will never give you. Make you go door2door in 2026 In 50 years, never have had a salesperson last more than a year. Please stop.
