Cons

Since it is a startup, be willing to work atleast 10 to 12 hours daily. Lot of deadlines which can create a stressful environment. Not much work-life balance.

Pros

I have great workers! Also, I've been able to work on a few different projects in different departments (R&D, manufacturing, and clinical) and have been given a lot of responsibility. My work seems to be appreciated and I've been regularly promoted. Finally, our drug seems to be doing really well in the clinic, and TBH, killing bacteria with engineered viruses is probably the most exciting thing I could be doing.

Toxic work environment. Everyone seems nice but they are the same people who will snitch on you for favors from management.
