Everything else - upper management sends mixed messages to everyone by saying that they want to limit 12 hour days, but expect way too much from their employees, and tout stress and burnout of their younger employees as measures of success. Unfortunately, due to the company's sky-high turnover rate where folks both left and were fired (nearly every single person I worked with has left and been replaced by somebody else), employees were scared of slipping up, even if this meant working 60-70 hours a week for the sake of 'optics'. The work environment was easy-going from the outside, but extremely stressful on a day-to-day basis. They are almost predatory in the way they hire fresh graduates and work them to burnout. Compensation was absolutely not worth it for the amount I worked, and contrary to what they say, is not equivalent to the market rate in the area.
