If you're willing to put in the work and take feedback, there's definitely room to grow. I genuinely enjoy working for the company, they have been very fair and truly make you feel heard when you speak up or have suggestions.

It's a true sales job, so it's not for everyone. Cold calling all day can be mentally exhausting, and there are performance expectations you have to meet. It can take a little while to build confidence, so the first few months can be challenging. I struggle with this a lot, but the support that you get along the way is really helpful.
