Pros

A free flow of communication, supportive training, and acknowledgment of hard work and achievements is baked into the culture here. Great work-life balance too: Managers have scolded me for working off the clock to close deals. In summary, while many companies talk big about their culture, Logical Position is the real deal.

Cons

As long as you work hard and take advice... there are no cons. You will succeed.

Pros

The company provides a strong support system for new hires, making the onboarding process smooth and helping employees build confidence quickly. It's an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in B2B sales while developing professional skills. The base salary is competitive, and there is significant earning potential through the commission structure for those who perform well.

Cons

The role requires a high level of focus and self-discipline throughout the workday. Success depends on staying consistently productive.

Pros

Logical Position has a genuinely supportive team environment, and there are a lot of people who genuinely want to help you improve. Good people, supportive managers, and plenty of training. I learned a lot about digital marketing and sales in a short amount of time. Everyone has been willing to answer questions and help when I needed it. If you're willing to put in the work and take feedback, there's definitely room to grow. I genuinely enjoy working for the company, they have been very fair and truly make you feel heard when you speak up or have suggestions.

Cons

It's a true sales job, so it's not for everyone. Cold calling all day can be mentally exhausting, and there are performance expectations you have to meet. It can take a little while to build confidence, so the first few months can be challenging. I struggle with this a lot, but the support that you get along the way is really helpful. Just don't get stuck in your head when things aren't perfect or you will force yourself to fail.
