      Amazing Leadership! LP really cares about it's employees, even though it is a remote job they really build a great culture. Everyone is very helpful! Eric the CEO is very nice and makes decisions and implements changes quickly. They really care about the clients and the work that they do. Very innovative. Definitely the most knowledgeable digital marketing firm. While I was there I was even able to meet with a Meta Executive and ask him some questions that I had.

      Cons

      A lot of people don't meet their sales goals. You really need to be driven and growth oriented to make it. The only issue I personally had was just the wages being lower than I was used to.

      Pros

      Strong team culture, supportive managers, fair pay, opportunity to move up if you perform. Remote setup . Leadership is generally open to feedback.

      Cons

      Cold calling every day isn’t for everyone. Prospecting can get repetitive, expectations are high. Systems and tools can be frustrating at times.
