Pros
1. Quality Teams: Leadership & coworkers go out of their way to ensure you have the resources to succeed. There's a collaborative atmosphere, very supportive group of people to work with and great culture (even with WFH!). This place truly values its employees and their ideas.
2. Support: The people at Logical Position are truly incredible, amazingly talented and down to earth. LP does such a great job developing and encouraging inspiration leaders who really care about the success of their people. I have always felt supported and never ran out of opportunities to grow. Whether you invest in this being a lifelong career of yours or not, the experience you will gain here will without a doubt help you in sales roles, sales management roles, or frankly any role to come.
3. Leadership: The leadership team and supporting departments drive transparency and work hard to make LP a great place to work. It's important to feel supported with the benefits you need, the transparency during times like these to know what's happening, and the peace of mind to know that when we return to the office (from remote work), LP has its employees' health and safety in mind.
4. Growth: Logical Position is a great company to build a career and make an impact. In my experience, if you're interested in growing in different areas, you can be honest and upfront with your manager - and they'll help you reach your professional development goals.
5. The Culture: Most of the people at LP are pretty incredible. While feeling constantly supported and having a clear open door policy, leadership trusts in employees to get work done without ever feeling micromanaged. Work can be inspiring, and feels like we're making a difference in our market.
Cons
1. Finding the "right fit" in candidates will continue to be challenging as we grow. Just being talented and having previous accomplishments, isn't enough to have a great career at LP. It's about how driven you are, how you treat others and how you collaborate to succeed.
2. Sales is stressful at every company. We know this when we take the job. It has the potential to pay better than every other department for a reason. You have to be ready and willing to put in the work to reap the reward.
