Pros

I spent 6 years in the USMC and I've seen the best leaders and the worst leaders. The leadership at Logical Position are among the -best- managers/bosses I've ever had the pleasure of working for. They truly lead from the front, understand the work/life balance, and are constantly striving to lift up their subordinates to help further our personal lives and professional careers. I can work from home (which is awesome btw), the tools and services they give us to actually do our jobs are all high quality, and what's the best part is I've never been micromanaged even once - they trust me to do the job I was hired for. If you're reading this, know that this is a really great environment where you can grow, laugh, and make lasting connections with some really amazing people.

Cons

If you're scared or anxious of making phone calls and don't know how to cope with rejection, this job probably isn't gonna work out for you because it's sales. Super easy job for some, super hard for others.

Pros

- Positive and diverse culture - All the sales help/assistance that you need - Your long term career here will be based on performance not likeability (both positive and negative because I like to be liked, but at the end of the day business is business and you'll have to perform) - You will perhaps have a higher starting salary at other companies, but here you wont be first off of the chopping block. You determine for yourself how valuable you want to be for a company, and they will pay you accordingly. - Work & life balance get better the more successful you get in the role

Cons

- You'll have to be really honest with yourself on what you need to do to get better - If you want the help I mentioned above, you'll have to be self-initiated - Your long-term career here will be based on performance not likeability (both positive and negative, because I like to be liked, but at the end of the day, business is business and you'll have to perform)

Pros

Work from home. That's it.

Cons

Things have changed. It's not enough to just make or break quota. They now want you to have "productivity points". They want more calls and more talk time on the phones regardless of if you are light years above quota. This is NOT how a sales force at a company should be ran. It's getting so corporate there sadly. The pay is absolutely laughable for most positions at the company. Even salespeople who have been there for years - some think they are being paid well. They are not compared to others in the field. It is very much on the low end and they know it, which is why some of the best salespeople are leaving. It use to be fun, and they use to trust you to just make sales. Now they wanna start focusing on quantity over quality.
