Pros

Great culture, awesome benefits and perks, get to leave early on some Fridays, fast growing company, got to learn a lot about digital marketing. If you really put in the work, you can make a lot of money but management needs to help out.

Cons

Cold calling, hard to reach quota, lacked a lot of training, a lot of micro management, always feeling under pressure, management can be annoying and unsupportive

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed the culture and benefits while you were with LP. We work hard to promote the right people into leadership to create and help foster that culture. It sounds like you may have had a bad experience with one specific manager. We do our best to align personalities between managers and sales representatives, but it doesn’t always work out perfectly. In most cases, our leadership team will identify any potential concerns early and make team changes immediately; this usually solves any issues. I wish we could have addressed this one sooner. We’ve done a number of surveys about the meetings you mentioned, and continue to hear that our employees overwhelmingly find them beneficial, and that they break up the day in a positive way. You hit the nail on the head when you said, “If you put in the work, you can make a lot of money”. We truly appreciate your feedback, and will be addressing these points in our next leadership meeting. Good luck in the future, and I hope the skills you learned at LP serve you well! -Sales Leadership Team

Pros

- Positive and diverse culture - All the sales help/assistance that you need - Your long term career here will be based on performance not likeability (both positive and negative because I like to be liked, but at the end of the day business is business and you'll have to perform) - You will perhaps have a higher starting salary at other companies, but here you wont be first off of the chopping block. You determine for yourself how valuable you want to be for a company, and they will pay you accordingly. - Work & life balance get better the more successful you get in the role

Cons

- You'll have to be really honest with yourself on what you need to do to get better - If you want the help I mentioned above, you'll have to be self-initiated - Your long-term career here will be based on performance not likeability (both positive and negative, because I like to be liked, but at the end of the day, business is business and you'll have to perform)

Pros

Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

Cons

It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
