Pros

Logical Position's list of pros could go on for a very long time. I often find myself reading employee experience horror stories on LinkedIn, and am in awe of how good I have it at LP. LP is a place where you are valued as an individual. Hard work and a commitment to company values are all it takes to thrive here. As well as being an incredible environment to thrive and flourish in your career, it's an electric work environment with a culture that's enriched by a robust team of some of the most incredible and diverse Digital Marketers. I have friends in every Department and on every Product Team, and they have enriched my life in so many ways. Leadership at LP cares deeply about the employee's perception of our work conditions, culture, and progress as a company and within our field. Our commitment to being socially aware and establishing programs like a DEI council have only strengthened the notion that LP leadership truly cares. There are tons of work perks at LP. Even in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, measures were taken to ensure that working at LP continued to be a positive experience. And when you grow as fast as we have, there is so much opportunity. Employees at LP are a part of something great. Did I mention we have the best people? Pros, pros, and more pros. I'm so glad you asked.

Cons

With all the measures that have been taken to ensure that work hours are flexible and work from home is open to everyone, it's really hard to come up with anything here.

Pros

- Positive and diverse culture - All the sales help/assistance that you need - Your long term career here will be based on performance not likeability (both positive and negative because I like to be liked, but at the end of the day business is business and you'll have to perform) - You will perhaps have a higher starting salary at other companies, but here you wont be first off of the chopping block. You determine for yourself how valuable you want to be for a company, and they will pay you accordingly. - Work & life balance get better the more successful you get in the role

Cons

- You'll have to be really honest with yourself on what you need to do to get better - If you want the help I mentioned above, you'll have to be self-initiated - Your long-term career here will be based on performance not likeability (both positive and negative, because I like to be liked, but at the end of the day, business is business and you'll have to perform)

Pros

Work from home. That's it.

Cons

Things have changed. It's not enough to just make or break quota. They now want you to have "productivity points". They want more calls and more talk time on the phones regardless of if you are light years above quota. This is NOT how a sales force at a company should be ran. It's getting so corporate there sadly. The pay is absolutely laughable for most positions at the company. Even salespeople who have been there for years - some think they are being paid well. They are not compared to others in the field. It is very much on the low end and they know it, which is why some of the best salespeople are leaving. It use to be fun, and they use to trust you to just make sales. Now they wanna start focusing on quantity over quality.
