Pros

Colleagues are willing to help and supportive, the technical documents are well organized and approachable for catching up the work, work with the engineers from top tiered companies to support their projects, is able to access the industrial design flow and get a big picture of how things are done in industry.

Cons

People around you are always busy, sometimes you have to figure out difficult stuff by yourself. Weekly meetings are always long and time consuming.

Basic compensation and benefits, but nothing exceptional.

Cons

low pay, toxic management—everything is managed by the owner-manager himself, who focuses solely on individual deals, job security is non-existent—you're always at risk of losing your job, but you won't know when.
