LotusWorks is different (in a good way). I have been with the company 2 years and have found the organization to be a very progressive, employee satisfaction driven company. The management team makes a real effort to change according to the requirements of their employees. I have found management to be both approachable and flexible. The CEO and management team have realized that people are their product and try to provide us with all the tools we need to excel at our jobs. Employee recognition is very much part of the Lotus ethos. Career development is most definitely a possibility within the organization. If one works hard and delivers consistently, Lotus will also deliver consistently.
