      Pros

      Great company to work for with fantastic management. You are not just a number and are valued for the work you do. A lot of employee engagement and feedback is taken on and you can see they try to work on making it a better company to work for. All round I have no complaints.

      Cons

      They could better Starting salaries. You do have opportunity for pay raises though.

      Pros

      Lotus looks out for each of its employees. They trust you to do your work while not micromanaging. The pay is solid.

      Learn a lot, good team, always something to do, low micromanagement

      Client sometimes is not the best to work with, on your feet most of the time, low raises, review process unfair
