Management (managers and above) possess very poor leadership skills, lack compassion and empathy. Managers don’t train their direct reports. Training and teaching doesn’t exist. A lot of bullies. This work environment is very toxic and hostile. Processes and systems are very inefficient & have many glitches and issues causing delays. People love to waste time and create work that doesn’t drive any real business measures. Management does not advocate for their teams. Work life balance is poor. Teams continue to shrink while workload continues to increase. No concern about employee wellbeing. Many employees hanging on by a thread. Frequent layoffs in the last year. Highly do not recommend working here, please bring your ideas and skills elsewhere. They do not transfer / promote from within. Recruiting will ignore your emails about applying to transfer to other roles Pay is bad & does not reflect workload or expectations Management has unrealistic expectations Every process is manual & inefficient- teams are reluctant to change / not solution oriented Managers are harassing their direct reports- many employees have spoken to HR but nothing is done Some managers have multiple severe HR complaints against them but they are still employed with the company..
