Pros
I worked for Lucky for almost 6 years . it was the best company with amazing leaders ,the passion and drive from the upper management was inspiring and rewarding. the founders lived and breathed the rock and roll lifestyle. there were humanity behind the company rather than corporate policies. work was actually fun to go to and amazing coworkers .
Cons
after the new management came on board 3 different ones. the company lost it's vision and culture. people were scared to express their opinions and point of view. there were no diversity within the employees anymore . the new team was pretty obvious on hiring white male dominant team. all this unncessary positions were created to hire their personal friends. no vision and wanted to look like ralph lauren or j crew.
