Cons
Incredibly stressful environment. Things are so chaotic because we are understaffed, yet they refuse to hire more people because we don't "have the budget" for it. Although they continue to throw parties and celebrate holidays in the most elaborate ways. And even when they do hire, they don't hire the right people. They would rather hire someone who doesn't know how to do the job so they can pay them less. A lot of transitioning and not enough employees has required many to do double work, while management continues to hound us. Everyone on the team seems miserable due to stress and work load. The company is spiraling downward fast.
