-This is my first job working towards solving a critical societal issue, it's amazing to go to work every day with an important mission! -The people are amazing. They've done a fantastic job hiring for a diverse, experienced, kind group of individuals. I've never seen such a large group of people without any egos, but with significant experience in their field. I enjoy coming to work everyday because of my coworkers. -The technical challenges are engaging and you are encouraged to truly solve them, not just put a band aid on it.
