Fantastic working for a company doing good for the world. Great people who are invested in the companies mission and the people they work with. Very open door, share your idea culture with no egos. Everyone wants to do their best and put out the best product. Growing appropriately and have a transparent plan for success. Good benefits and competitive pay for the market.
Cons
Not a con but a need to know. Company is a startup that is still building out process and best practices in different areas. If you are good with change and have a voice to help make that this will not be an issue.
