- Good culture - nice people who care a lot about deploying great product, lots of bright, ambitious colleagues - Leadership - they communicate frequently during biweekly standups and all-hands and show a lot of transparency on runway and challenges ahead

- Company has done layoff and reorg recently causing churn - Tough timelines and ambiguous product direction at times - Mediocre performance tolerated for longer than it should be
