Pros
Good work life balance. They seem to care about their employees. Subsidized lunch 2x a week. The employees and culture are great. I consider many workers my friends. People get along well with each other and can get alot of work done.
Cons
It's a startup so finances are typically not as abundant as a large tech company. No annual bonus or stock since its not a publicly traded company. Can make more money elsewhere
