Pros
Lytx is growing fast, and if you're up for the challenge you can find great opportunities to grow your career there. Leadership is very accessible, and they do a great job of providing avenues for employees to contribute and execute on new ideas. The company is pretty innovative overall, so there are always ways to get experience in new things that interest you. The company also does a lot of promotion from within, and employees have the ability to craft their own career paths. The people rock, and the company does a lot of fun things (ping pong tournaments, baseball games, team outings, etc.) to build that camaraderie. People work hard at Lytx, but they definitely know how to have fun too. And as a bonus, the DriveCam product matters - it has a real impact on people and the community, and it feels great to work for a company that's doing something meaningful. I left because I was moving out of state, but would go back in a heartbeat if I was back in California!
Cons
Things are moving fast (that's what happens when you're growing at such a high rate!), so it can feel like a lot of work just to keep up sometimes.
