- A lot of ability/opportunity to contribute - Generally good work environment, friendly coworkers, little to no harassment/bullying

Cons

- Parts of the organization seem to have always been, and will ever be, chaotic and disorganized - Crossfunctional collaboration includes coworkers and contractors from other time zones - departments can be a bit isolated from each other

Pros

Healthcare benefits are great. There are a lot of passionate, hard-working people across the company.

Cons

Great people are leaving, signs of a business in decline. Direction of the company and outlook for the future is bleak. Years spent sitting on the sidelines collecting money and patting ourselves on the back has resulted in the current market positioning and has allowed our competitors to make a big run at our expense. It might be too late to recover, especially if we continue to increase and promote middle management from departments with history of negligence and apathy for the customer experience. There’s a business to run, but without customers there won’t be any business…
