      Pros

      Can learn from different fitters weekly because many of them bounce from job to job. Seems like the main focus is whatever company is paying more they will choose. Work a lot of hours

      Cons

      Management/Supervision is very sub-par. Not a place to recommend at least for the long term. Different projects are different though.

      I don't really have any pros for this place except it's close to home

      Cons

      I had an accident and they refused to do anything about it, they had me write a letter of the incident to corporate and when I asked for a copy they told me I couldn't have it so I snapped a picture when they turned away. I called corporate a week later and they never received it.
