      Absolute circus, Mexicans run the job, hire all their relatives and treat licensed guys like crap. Literally everyone is related. So basically they're unqualified a lot of times and just.dint mingle in with anybody that's not from the same place they are. All a bunch of valley guys from Texas. Its very weird work culture. Even the higher ups want everyone to be slump shouldered, job scared, speedy lil workers. If you hold your head high, have some dignity, have some actual knowledge and a license.. I wouldn't work here. No safety, zero quality.. MMR- Me and My Relatives

      Rank and file employees are good people. Management is something to be desired.

      Management is cliquish consisting of family members and long time friends and difficult to approach and alienating.
