Great job if you like working 9am-5pm everyday. Steady paycheck and decent benefits. Unlimited sick days.

Cons

Small company therefore not much opportunity to grow. More gossip than actual work been done.

Interesting and challenging CNC milling work to do, required real problem-solving skills and rewarding for achieving manufacturing goals successfully and be working with skilled veteran machinists.

Cons

Constant micro-management from immediate shop supervisor who was very reluctant to try new or different manufacturing processes or outright refused.
