Upper Management only care about numbers not their people. 0 job security. Not a good company to work for if you have small children or plan on becoming a parent in the near future. If you have experience and connections in the industry i would look elsewhere for employment. You are constantly being berated for something that is totally out of your control with no understand of your territories unique challenges. Will hire you for your experience and once you bring over your connections/account they will terminate you without warning.

None. HR will lie to you to try to get you to volunteer information so that hopefully they can build a case to fire you.

Hearsay, is all HR uses to determine whether to keep an employee. If they can’t find cause, they’ll fire without cause and won’t even tell you why. You don’t even get to know you ever did anything wrong. They even do it semi- politely with a smile on their face.
