Management is too concerned with profits from overseas peers. Can be tough to negotiate deals, seem to be a disconnect from corporate office and the field

None that will make a difference

Upper Management only care about numbers not their people. 0 job security. Not a good company to work for if you have small children or plan on becoming a parent in the near future. If you have experience and connections in the industry i would look elsewhere for employment. You are constantly being berated for something that is totally out of your control with no understand of your territories unique challenges. Will hire you for your experience and once you bring over your connections/account they will terminate you without warning.
