The schedule is flexible—when you receive an assignment, you have a week to complete it, and while the store visits need to be done during the day, you can do reports at night. The project managers and other people I interact with are all very friendly and helpful, and communication is great.

It takes some time to learn how to efficiently do the store surveys and upload the reports - there is a learning curve. I really got into the swing of things after about 15-20 stores, and the team is happy to answer questions and help you learn. The workload is inconsistent because it's based on the USDA requesting surveys - one month will be really busy and the next will be slow.

No salary increases. No bonus opportunities unless you are in Business Development. The founder is only interested in making money for himself. No recognition for hard work. Leaders are leaving or looking for other opportunities to find other work where their contributions are appreciated.
