Branch Manager - Manager Mariner Finance Employee Review

If you are a well paid experienced manager that comes to Mariner thru a buyout get your resume ready. They will find any reason at all to fire you. In my instance they even refrained from putting their so called reasons in writing. They wear down their staff with needless reports and micromanage managers and Avps to exhaustion while they over pay Vps to be glorified cheerleaders. They needle every possible missed point on an application while at the same time blindly sending easy to cash checks to folks we didn't even know. They do not allow the manager any discretion for the apr and demand excessive insurance packages that destroy customer retention if not approaching a dangerous breach if the feds catch up to all of that. Ironically they claim on the surface to be overly concerned for federal compliance.
