Pros

Absolutely none. (plus three words)

Cons

Pretty much everything. Somehow, HR couldn't translate direct military and retail supervisory experience and bank experience into an assistant branch manager, which I applied for, and offered me an associate position. Accepted reluctantly, and my concerns were confirmed. Worked only 1 day due to their branch manager saying the F word easily 5 times in my first 15 minutes while consistently cussing all day (I'm no angel, but I know how to be professional), incessantly trashed their "clients," and how they're not getting anything near what they asked for, but will take it because they're desperate, laughed about repossessing cars or garnishing wages and pushed for more loans and keeping clients stuck in their insanely high APR loans due to the massive amount of pressure emails from management. Would not recommend to anyone, even if you don't have morals or ethics. Sure the hours and pay may be good, but willfully ruining peoples lives isn't something I am okay with, let alone actively working in the industry.

Pros

They will go above and beyond to get you approved for a loan.

Cons

The culture wasn’t the best, you’re also basically a bill collector, at an extreme level. Calling people 3x a day, even calling their job and potential relatives. Training wasn’t actually training, it was an hour a day. You’re at work for 8 hours but training was only 1 hour.
