Pros
Competitive salary, 3 weeks PTO, 401k, health insurance. Set hours for the most part. Great recognition for meeting/ exceeding goals and great customer service! Goal oriented and a great bonus program! Upper management is very interactive with the branch level.
Cons
It can be very stressful at times but if you put in the hard work required to succeed, it pays off in the long run. It's easy to get overwhelmed when a branch loses an employee or manager, until gaining that stability back, time management can be a struggle. Mariner has implemented many tools to help manage time to ensure employees are given adequate time to complete the most important tasks.
