7yWe appreciate you for taking the time to share your feedback and would like to take this opportunity to address a few of your concerns. To ensure free parking for all HQ employees, we partner with the retail group across the street to provide an overflow option when needed.
Our standard dress policy at our HQ location is business casual and, as a way to show our appreciation to our employees who choose to donate their time and money to Jeffie’s Choice, we occasionally offer the opportunity to wear jeans to work. We take great pride in supporting, Jeffie’s Choice (www.jeffieschoice.org), a non-profit organization where 100% of the funds generously donated helps fight hunger and provides thousands of meals to those in need in local communities throughout the country where our employees live and work.
Our extended office hours on Tuesdays are an important part of our commitment to our branches to ensure they have the support needed to continue providing the exceptional customer service that our customers have come to value and expect. We value our people and promote a work environment where employees feel supported and have the opportunity for personal and professional growth.
