PERSONAL FINANCE COMPANY! Don't work here upper management doesn't care about good employees - Assistant Manager Mariner Finance Employee Review

No paid maternity leave, branch manager is toooo controlling and over dramatic. I've been in finance soo long and I've never dealt with problems like this Such a small branch and employees are insubordinate to upper management and Avp has been advised and nothing is done about it. When you have an employee tell you that's not their job than you need to start looking to hire someone else. Turn over is pretty high for employees with this company right now Thats why I think they let stuff like this happen in branches.
