Insulting pay. Changing our title from counselor to specialist in order to lower our pay grade. Departmental leadership not listening to feedback and suggestions on how to make the center better. Hiring unqualified leadership from outside of the university and overlooking more than qualified staff to fill positions. Toxic leadership, overworking staff, high turnover, on call rotation with no compensation.
