Employees paid too little, not sufficiently trained - Graduate Assistant Marshall University Employee Review

Very demanding for a ridiculously low amount of money. Employees are paid on a 2001 pay scale and most seem untrained. They seem to be apathetic to improving themselves or working hard because the pay is so low and there is limited upward mobility. Tuition benefits were also on the 2001 pay scale, so graduate assistants still had to pay out-of-pocket. When tuition increased, the benefits remained the same.
