Get to meet a lot of great people. Set your own schedule.

Cons

Lots and lots of changes constantly. Expect long hours and extensive travel for little compensation. No support. You are left to fend for yourself. No set expectations. Working for a five minute manager, what that means is you are given a time allotment to complete a project worked on a project which was allocated 1.5 hours took 12. Expected to work in unsafe conditions. Not trained properly and expected to figure it out on your own
