You know this company is toxic that when they let someone got they force people to sign an anti disparagement contract so that people cannot say anything negative about the company Upper management refuses to listen to criticism by their employees and wants people who will just agree with their vision rather than it be a collaborative work environment Expectations from employees are to constantly be working even on evenings and weekends
