- open to change and trying new things - always trying to improve and make their employees happy

Cons

Nothing about the the company itself. Some of the managers are inexperienced and don't do the greatest job at leading others.

Someone's Going to Get Serious Hurt or Worse

Pros

- There are a few really genuine and good people who work here

Cons

- Absolutely no regard for human life/safety in this place - Serious safety incidents are actively covered up (employees instructed by HR not to notify the MOL) - Preventable accidents are all too common due to poor leadership - Human Resources ignores medical documentation from professional doctors to substitute their own opinion on your health - Anyone who raises any concerns is silenced (terminated)
