I can't think of any.

Cons

Despite the active presence on social media platforms touting this as a great place to work where employees are truly valued, this quite simply isn't the case. Employees are underpaid and expected to work 12 hour days under stressful conditions with no support from leadership. Mental health is not taken seriously and the production floor is actually quite dangerous.

Limited growth and career advancement opportunities. Inconsistent processes and unequal treatment across different groups — internal connections often influence how efficiently work gets done. Leadership lacks clear long-term vision and strategic direction. Departments operate in silos, which creates confusion, increases pressure, and pushes major issue resolution down to lower levels of the organization.
